The location was convenient, being close to the train station.
The bed sheets were not good. It was a sheet folded around the duvet, so the bare duvet kept coming out. The sheets also had stains. I don't think it was very hygienic.

The staff we met were friendly and helpful. I appreciated chiara at the front office. the barmen were efficient, and i liked the man seating guests in the breakfast area. i was upgraded on arrival to a room with a balcony, and offered a welcome drink.
the rooms need some maintenance, especially the bathrooms. i felt the rooms had an awful smell from the cleaning chemicals. also, the noise level did not contribute to a comfy stay.

the hotel staff were efficient and friendly they even offered complimentary drinks while i waited for my room
the initial room i got was dusty i think surfaces were only wiped as far as they were easily reachable the bathroom looked dated and there was visible mold in the corners the room barely fit the bed i struggled with sinus issues for the rest of my trip

The staff was really helpful with my luggage. i also appreciated the welcome drink at the bar, it included a tasty buffet. the breakfast was large and the coffee was good. I really enjoyed the variety. the location is very close to the train station so it was convenient.
the gym felt a bit warm and it lacked air conditioning! it was still usable, but not the best experience.

The breakfast included many options with good coffee. I found the dining area clean and well kept. staff members kept everything stocked and tidy. This ensured a pleasant breakfast experience for all guests. the service was efficient, even during peak hours.

The hotel has a gym. there is also a bar area where guests can relax and have a drink! the hotel provides luggage storage. This service makes early arrivals and late departures much more convenient. a tram stops right outside.

The reception staff were very cute. I appreciated their efficiency. they helped me with directions and information about local attractions. the hotel provides a welcome note with chocolates and water upon arrival. It is a nice personal touch.

the room was clean and modern and the location was unbeatable. i received complementary water and a free pack of pasta! there was a hand written note cute us and the room was decent enough for a hotel.
